Joie de Vivre attends local and “AA” level horse shows in the Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing disciplines.
JDV is involved with US Equestrian, USEA, USDF, & USHJA, and our local HCHJA & HCDEA as well as board member
and a host facility for local shows and clinics. Joie de Vivre farm feels that by attending horse shows riders can judge where they and their horses are in their training and learn from their experiences and judges remarks. We like to keep horse shows a fun and positive experience for both horse and rider, therefore we do not make horse shows a mandatory part of our lesson curriculum. We like for our horses to enjoy their showing experience and enjoy getting out of the barn, that we also regularly participate in XC play days, clinics, schooling days, pair paces, and trail rides.
